The radiator is located just in front of the engine and right behind the front grille of the car or truck. The radiator will have a radiator shroud that directs the air thru the radiator and or provides a method for the radiator fan to pull air thru the radiator.

The radiator will also typically have a radiator cap, and two radiator hoses coming from either end of the radiator.

The cooling system may have an expansion tank and an expansion tank cap that allows the coolant to be remotely stored and filled.
